Common questions
Ordering with allergies.
Do you have gluten-free pizza?
Yes. Any pie can be made on our homemade gluten-free crust, and our wings, tenders, and fries are gluten-free too.
Is your gluten-free crust safe for celiac disease?
Our gluten-free crust is Caputo Floreglut, a gluten-removed wheat starch that is certified gluten free: safe for gluten sensitivity, but still derived from wheat, so a GF-crust pie is listed as containing wheat. If you have celiac disease or a wheat allergy, please talk to us first.
Are the vegan pies really dairy-free?
Yes. Our three vegan pies use only house-made dairy-free mozzarella.
Can you guarantee against cross-contact?
Everything is made in one shared kitchen. We take allergies seriously, but we cannot guarantee against cross-contact. Tell us your allergy and we will walk you through the safest options.
What about your fried foods?
We use soy-based fry oil, so any fried item contains soy.
